• Exchange Duration and Eligibility

  Our exchange window is 3 days. To be eligible for the 3 days exchange criteria, YOU MUST send out the package back to us within this timeframe on your own expense, this time begins from the MOMENT your order has been DELIVERED to you. For instance, if you contact us on day 3rd day but send out the exchange package on day 7, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE exchange.   C-72 Clifton Block 2 Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.For exchange items must be shipped back in the original packaging with the tags intact and without any harm or damage to the clothing.

• Exchange Policy:

  If you're looking to exchange an item, please get in touch within the 3 day window. Customer will send their article back on their own expense. After we receive and review the product you wish to exchange, we'll send out the replacement item. Please note: exchange is only possible for orders within Pakistan. Any order except Pakistan won’t be eligible for exchange.
