      You must report any issues with the product within 2 days of receiving the delivery. You must return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached.

    • How to Request a Refund:

      Contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order to report any issues with the product. Once your request is processed, you will be given instructions on how to return the item.

    • Refund Process Time:

      After we receive the returned item, the refund process will take 6-7 business days to be completed. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

    • Non-Refundable Items:

      Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund. Sale items or special offers may not be eligible for refunds.
