International Shipping Policy

At Movement, we’re excited to make our pieces available to customers outside Pakistan. Please review the following information before placing an international order.

• Shipping Charges

  We offer a flat international shipping fee of PKR 5,000 on all international orders. This rate generally applies to orders within the standard courier weight limit of approximately 2 kg. For orders exceeding this weight range, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the destination, shipment weight, courier rates and prevailing international shipping conditions. For customers in the UAE, the international shipping fee is also a flat PKR 5,000. Terms & conditions applied. The shipping fee is calculated and added at checkout.

• Delivery Timeline

  Orders are processed and dispatched after successful payment confirmation. International orders are generally delivered within 7-12 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes

  International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable to your order are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the PKR 5,000 shipping fee. For UAE orders, any applicable customs duties, VAT or other government-imposed charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Address & Delivery

  Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information at checkout. Movement will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
